Effects of Alcohol in our Brain and Body

Drinking moderate amount of Alcohol may protect healthy adults from developing coronary heart disease.
But, Drinking too much can take a serious toll on your health. Difficulty in walking, blurred vision, slurred speech, slowed reaction, impaired memory are some of the major effect of  consuming Alcohol.

Alcohol can do some irreversible damage to various parts of our Brain. Alcohol acts primarily on the Nerve cells within the Brain and interferes with communication between Nerve and other cells slowing everything down. That's why even if we Drink even little we experience the effects of Alcohol on our emotions, judgement, balance, memory, speech and anger level.

Alcohol overuse may increase risk of severe cognitive and memory deficits on the Brain. It may includes Mental confusion, paralysis of nerves, difficulty with muscle coordination,etc.
Consuming large amounts of alcohol over a period of time can impair normal Brain development in humans. People who alcohol for a long time gets Frustrated easily.  Persistent changes can be seen in People who have been Drinking Alcohol for a long time.
